Blue Copper received Trade Mark Registration
Difference between a Business Name vs. a Trademark: What is it? Trademark is nothing but a part of Intellectual Property (IP). The field of idea protection, loosely termed intellectual property (IP), is not only for gadgets any longer — it’s now a mainstay of how business is done.
IP rights are only useful if others know that we have protected our ideas. No one is under any obligation to do a search to see whether our idea has been protected before they launch their own version. So, we need to make sure that our patent numbers are displayed on the product, i.e either “TM” or ® needs to be written next to our brand (® is written after it has been officially registered).
It takes around a year to get ®. And we are happy to announce that we received “TM”.
